Ford galaxy rear wiper arm stuck

Any advice for freeing off the wiper arm? I have undone the 13mm nut and given it a wiggle n' a jiggle but its like its welded on and I'm scared of cracking the rear screen! Little help?

Continual "wiggling n' jiggling" is the only safe way. Cover it in WD40 the night before and then just keep on rocking it back and forth - don't use a puller as the end of the shaft is the nozzle and will break!
