1999 galaxy 2.3 petrol auto fuses ?

hi everyone I recently bought a 1999 galaxy 2.3 zetec petrol auto privately after having it about 2 days it wouldn't start I eventually found out the lead to the solenoid (starter motor) had unplugged I've also had to replace the battery anyway I'll stop moaning now lol
I've 2 questions 1st which fuse do I need to change for the heater blower as it doesn't work and 2nd is when I was driving on a dual carriageway I noticed that when doing approximately 55-60mph the rev counter was at around 4500 this seems wrong to me and I've noticed that from around 30mph there doesn't see to be a gear change ?
