Washed car,now stereo won't turn on/drivers wiper stopped going full sweep!

Hi

I washed my car....and now my radio won't turn on and the drivers side wiper doesn't seem to go quite the full sweep. (visible nut is still tight).  I'm guessing that water has got in somewhere?

The only other relevant things I can think of is, the nearside bushing is split (I sometimes get a brake warning light/check pads when it rains, but I know the pads are ok).

The rear driverside window stopped working a while ago, which I guess is to do with the rubber tube thing attached to the door?!

I think I read that the door wiring can affect other parts and make them shut down to protect themself?

As a total non-mechanic, is there anything easy I could try?!

Thanks

If radio display is blank check fuses, wipers not going full sweep sounds like spindles have seized common fault

Brake pad light possible faulty wiring loom to pads.

And yes check the wiring in the door gaiters this is also a common fault
