S-MAX radio replacement

Hello,

I am a new member locating in Israel. I own 08 SMAX 2.3L Auto petrol. I would like to replace my original CD with a new DVD player (2 din touch screen). I have 2 questions:
1) I can't find the parking indication wire on the radio connector. Can anyone can help me with that?
2) Where is the location of the original microphone in the car?
3) I found the following radio connector pinout (link below), does this pinout is the same as my S MAX pinout?
