Boot unlocking

has anyone modified the rear boot so you can open it without having to open the door first? thinking a button or something like most other fords have?

I've not got around to doing this yet but it's on the list. If you grab a "Ka" switch, then it's easy to panel mount somewhere as it's designed for this rather then most other switches which are designed to sit in a specific recess.

Wiring wise I've not worked this out yet but I imagine its a simple case of supplying 12V to a motor - the only thing to watch is that the motor might be controlled by the BCM so it won't like an unknown 12V jabbering it!
