Vibration noise only when turning wheel right

Hi , got a strange fault that I get a vibration noise from the front when turning right only, the noise disappears when I return the steering wheel to the Centre or turn left ,the noise started after I replaced I replaced the anti roll bar bushes.
All the tyres were replaced 2 months ago, I have checked wheel bearings and there is no play. But after I removed the wheel to inspect the drive shaft I found that the inner drive shaft has a small delay when turning the wheel, where the drive shaft fits the gearbox is this normal or is it worn?

Only when moving or when stationary as well?

The stub axle (the half-shaft from the gearbox) ideally shouldn't have any play in it - take a look here - there is a video half-way down which shows the movement. If it's near that then you need to think seriously about changing the stub before it shears the splines. It's unlikely that this is causing any continuous noise though...

The noise is only when driving, I had advice from a mate that thinks it could be the inner cv joint

That's exactly where I would go if it's only doing it whilst the vehicle is in motion, insides most likely but outsides also possible. It's also worth checking around the brake disc, that the balljoint protectors not skagging it...

Well removed the whole drive shaft today in 30 mins flat not bad for me ,wheel off, removed drive shaft retaining bolt from center hub, removed two Allen bolts from ball joint, removed the two bolts from inner shaft support and it came right out. Found the inner cv joint worn and the inner shaft splines that go into the stud are very worn.
Anyone know the best place to get these parts ?

Replaced inner shaft , stub  and inner cv joint. The car drives better without the slap from worn inner shaft splines but still got the vibration noise when turning right.

If it's not doing it when you turn the wheel with the car stationary then it can really only be something on the drive-line coming into contact with something else. I take it you've checked both arch-liners are in place and it's not one of those catching the tyre? How's the N/S drive shaft looking?

Yes I have checked that nothing is rubbing, the vibration is through the steering wheel and the noise is from the tyre. If you drive straight on a motorway you can just hear the tyres but any movement right the noise changes but straighten up of turn left the noise stops, puzzled but it only started after I replaced the anti roll bar rubbers

Very weird! Well obviously when you load one side, you unload the other so whilst it's when turning right it could be a left side issue (unless you can tell which side from the noise?).

I can't think of anything related to the ARB bushes that could cause this...

Just a thought on this did you take both wheels off together? could you have put them back on swapped over.

Again can't think of anything from just changing ARB's unless it's just coincidence and you do have a CV joint/driveshaft problem.

I had a tyre that had gone "out of round" which caused a loud buzzing at speed. it got worse when you turned on to it.
Toot-Toot! Beep-Beep!

Update , fault found and repaired, it turned out to be the near side wheel bearing, the outside bearing ring had gone so only the inside bearing ring was working.
So it was just enough to support the load when going in a straight line, but shift the weight by turning to the right caused the noise.
The inner bearing had welded its self to the inner shaft and with a little help with a oxy gas torch we got it off.
