Can anyone help in the current nightmare I am experiencing!!

I am replacing my glow plugs on the car and its done 115,000 miles, so far I have had 2 bolts from egr cooler to egr valve prove to be seized and have snapped and all others have been removed apart from one bolt underneath the egr valve that seems to be an Allen bolt but its impossible to get to!!!

Does any one have a walk through or pictures or any help to make this hell go away!

I drive a Seat Alhambra 1.9Tdi which has 115bhp and an automatic gearbox.

I am happy to help you with all your questions. I am not a qualified mechanic but seem to be better at fixing my car than even the most experienced garages.
