Correct Tyre Size & Rating

Hi

I have a Ford Galaxy MK2 1.9L Diesel TC(115PS) - Registered March 2004

The specification shows

215/55HR 16 BSW

What is the correct Rating, in terms of Load and Speed and do they have to be XL Rated ?

Also, Wheel Alignment.....is it both front & back or just the front ?

Thanks

Extra load (XL) are fitted as standard for a reason safety
Front toe setting adjustable, no adjustment to rear, rear tyre wear usually worn trailing arm bushes.
check front suspension wishbone bushes and ball joints for wear before making any adjustment to toe settings
