Seatbelt conversion

Good Evening,
My galaxy is a mk2 on a Y registration, and as such the middle seat in the row of three was a lap belt. We recently had our 3rd child and wanted to have all our children sitting together in the middle row as opposed to the centre seat being obsolete and a rear seat being used (Eating up boot space)

I contacted a company called kwickfitsbs whom are located in Stanmore and they have converted the middle lapbelt seat into a 3 point seatbelt system. (later Mk2s had this)

The way in which this was done was by the inner wheel arch lining removed and the inertia seatbelt was mounted inside, the roof lining was then removed and a fixing point bolted into the roof. The middle seat then had an extra plug installed so it could become 3 point.

To look at you would never know this wasn't a factory fit job.

Cost of this for all parts and labour was Ã,£320, which I think is reasonable as other option was to sell this galaxy and get a slightly newer one with this already in.

I am no way attached to this company just really pleased with the work they done for me and the professional way in which they conducted their business.
