Coming home yesterday the car suddenly lost power and
I thought Nooooo! me bleedin turbos gone and just after I spent all that dosh
on new tyres and MOT work!
Wondering about scrap values and nearly in the mood to do a Basil Fawlty on it

I put the lappy on charge to fire up VCDs and opened the bonnet to find the air hose had slipped off the
filter housing thereby cancelling out the MAF
I used a large jubilee clip rather than the springy thing I always struggle with
refitted it and thankfully alls well again.

Thank goodness for that
I drive a Seat Alhambra 1.9Tdi which has 115bhp and an automatic gearbox.

I am happy to help you with all your questions. I am not a qualified mechanic but seem to be better at fixing my car than even the most experienced garages.

I have lots of friends here and very much enjoy talking with you all. Always remember, a motor car is a serious tool and should be treated with respect. Put your safety first, always.
