Looking to replace offside drive shaft and intermediate shaft has anybody used jr cv joints parts want something that will last and not require a mortgage

I have used them for a shaft on a car previously and didnââ,¬â,,¢t have an issue however I have read a lot of reports saying parts arenââ,¬â,,¢t the best and donââ,¬â,,¢t last. I didnââ,¬â,,¢t have the car long after I replaced shaft so cannot comment on longevity

I have used them and wouldn't do so again, though not on a Galaxy. Got constant wheel vibration at speed, partly suspected to be down to the way the inner joint was shaped (original one used a boot with 3 semicircle bits where the shaft wasn't round, J&R used a circular joint)

If you want cheap ones that last, see if you can find some used genuine ones may be a better option. Or replace the joints and boots on the shaft you already have? Provided it hasn't chewed the splines up of course.
