Compatible parts in PD130 Sharan & 140 Alhambra?

I know a majority of parts like brakes, shafts, panels, etc., are the same...

But what about gearboxes, engine parts between the 130 & 140?
I know theyââ,¬â,,¢re slightly different as such, but wondering on compatibility as a general rule?

Iââ,¬â,,¢m looking at a newer Alhambra later thatââ,¬â,,¢s a 2.0 140ps compared to the current 1.9 130 Sharan.

Are the gearboxes and shafts actually the same? Clutch/flywheel parts?
Engine parts, alternator, starter, etc.
I know the engine block is different and the turbo is different, but anyone looked into it.
Iââ,¬â,,¢m assuming @Mirez is probably the best for this question?  :D

I've compared a few bits between a 2003 1.9 115 Galaxy and a 2007 2.0 140 Sharan

Gearbox - different part numbers
Driveshafts - Same
Cylinder head - Same casting number
Injectors - different part numbers
Tandem pump - Same
MAF sensor - different
MAP sensor - different
Turbo - different
Inlet manifold/EGR/Throttle body - Completely different
AC Compressor - same
Run on pump - same
Expansion bottle - same
I think the intercooler and pipework were different but not 100% on that

There is probably more that I cant remember and I think it will depend on the years of production - If the Alhambra is post collaboration of VW/Ford/Seat then there may be many differences.

Edit:  One quick way to get an indication is to put the reg numbers into Euro's/GSF and compare part numbers for specific parts that you might want to swap.

From memory of those over the years the gearbox is different although compatible, shafts are the same. Clutch and flywheel are also different from factory but compatible with the older stuff and vice versa.

Ancils like the starter and alternator are the same. Exhaust manifolds are the same but intake is different. Block is largely the same, the routing of some oilways was moved but otherwise fairly similar. Turbo and associated pipework is the larger bore from the 130/150 model of old with some minor revisions.  Sumps the same.
