The fuel is going to the pump but not going to the injectors. Tested and there isnt a power supply from the cables to the injectors. Fuel pump is working and has been tested.  Does anyone know how to solve this or get around this? Thanks for any ideas or advice

What engine?
Any recent work done or was it a sudden non start issue?

Hi I had clutch and new fly wheel 1.9tdi

So ever since clutch and flywheel changed it hasnââ,¬â,,¢t started?
If so it must be something thatââ,¬â,,¢s been disturbed.
Any fault codes in ECU?

Thatââ,¬â,,¢s right  has not started at all and no codes at all.

Can you access live data and see if crank sensor is registering while cranking engine? Wonder if cable or sensor have been damaged?

Not sure if that year of engine still used the crank sensor with tooth wheel on crank or if it had gone to the tone wheel type on rear main oil seal?

Do you know what engine code? It will be 3 letters for example AUY

We need to be sure what vehicle model you have, if your profile is correct (57 reg) then your Galaxy is a MK3 there is no 1.9tdi for a MK3 there are major differences between the MK2 and Mk3 engines so need to be sure what vehicle year and engine you have, check your registration document for clarity.

With VCDS lite (full version) need a code clearing or want to scan for faults in the north kent area, PM me. All for a pint of Strongbow.

Sorry for any confusion

So itââ,¬â,,¢s a ford 1.8tdci lump then, in that case defo crank sensor related as it picks up off flywheel. If I recall correctly it sits in rear of bell housing just above offside driveshaft. I would check plug is secure if so take sensor out and check for damage. They have slight adjustment so with new flywheel might need moving slightly? If everything checks out and it still donââ,¬â,,¢t start double check the flywheel is correct and actually has the pick up teeth for sensor on it

Thanks you for your time we have taken the crankshaft sensor out and it  looks ok.

Curiosity what mileage is the car on and has timing belts been changed

266,865 miles and no just clutch and fly wheel

This is worrying, it should be on it's second belt change now.
The 1.8 Lynx engine has a cassette belt in oil or a cassette chain in oil depending on the year, which drives the fuel pump, you also have a belt that drives the camshaft from the fuel fuel pump.
Recommended replacement interval is 125.000mls or ten years which evers the sooner.
Either belt or chain breaking will cause severe engine damage.

This may or may not be your problem but should be considered if you have no record of this being changed

Blimey 266k!! Thatââ,¬â,,¢s some mileage. As above I Hope belt/s have been done on it as you donââ,¬â,,¢t want them going especially after spending out on clutch. However given what you describe with no power to injectors I suspect belts are intact.

As it was fine until clutch and flywheel was changed I cannot see anything other crank sensor related causing it. Are you able to scope the crank sensor and see if it is producing a signal? Just canââ,¬â,,¢t help thinking there is an issue with pick up on flywheel.

Belt has been done last year itââ,¬â,,¢s all keep up to date with that over wise I wonââ,¬â,,¢t have had the clutch done on it. Thanks for your time Iââ,¬â,,¢ll see about doing that and let you know how I get on.
