Hello all. Just asking if you think its worth me draining my steering rack fluid and replacing it, to try to extend racks life a bit? I don't remember ever recalling a service manual for any car suggesting to do this, but I'm thinking the fluid must lose its quality over time? Cheers

Itââ,¬â,,¢s not a bad thing changing the fluid however I donââ,¬â,,¢t see it would prolong the life of the rack personally. I would pay more attention to the gators making sure they are still in good condition and preventing the ingress of dirt and water.
