Morning all
Does anyone know what gauge wiring is in the door to pillar looms. Both mine and my son's Gals have the same issues with locking and speakers, so I'm thinking of buying some cable, pin tool and crimper, and making new ones.

There are various different sizes depending on what is being powered, sorry canââ,¬â,,¢t remember off top of my head best bet is to peel a gator back and have a look.

If you are replacing the wire I would advise silicone covered as itââ,¬â,,¢s far superior for this application

Free from memory i think theres sizes between, around 20AWG to 14AWG, but its been a while now since last repair (so propably going to fix it again soon  ::) )

If you have to replace a piece of the broken wire, i like to take out the hole loom from the door, and make one of the joints inside of the door, that way you will only have one joint on each wire in the gaiter and half the risk of breaking a joint in there :)
