Aftermarket parking sensors

After having my rear end wiped (off...) I need to reinstall the parking sensors.  Can't find just the sensors with the same plugs as the unit, so a whole kit it is.  Two questions:

1. anyone recommend any of the kits on sale on Amazon?  Most seem to be of questionable quality.
2. a lot of those kits have what seems to be a wirelsss display.  Am I reading that right?
