Hi im really hoping someone can help me with this strange problem im having with the keyless stop/start, when i enter the car with an individual key (tried both) the dashboard reads no key.manual and i have to manually hold the key next to the ignition to get the car to start, now here is the strange part if i take both keys in the car together then the car picks up the key and i can use the stop/start as intended, it makes no sense at all, ive changed the battery just incase but made no difference, i will take it back to the garage but i just wondered if theres a simple fix and im just being stupid, thanks

2019?
This is the old banger section mate :-)
you may better off asking in the MK3 section
Mind you, a 2019's probably under warranty so I'd take it back to the dealer

It does sound like a software issue, Take it straight back as above and ask them to look at it as does sound like something is clearly wrong there (use the warranty if possible if the car is a 19 plate car as your post suggests it is).

Only thing I can think to try is see if its one specific location with the problem - park the car somewhere else and see if it behaves properly.
