Just had my car MOT. Says  suspension arm ball joint dust cover deteriorated . was told to fit about Ã,£120 or is it easy to fit myself. thanks for any replys

Depends on how rusted it is. One nut, prybar and a hammer should do the trick.

Personally I would just replace the ball joints as itââ,¬â,,¢s easy and cheap enough to do them.
