Rear pop out window retro fit

Oddly the person who originally bought my Sharan only paid for an electric pop out on the driver's side.....not both.

Anyone retro fitted a pop out, do I just need a switch and the motor or is there anything else? Ie, is the wiring loom already there etc... 

I know there is a galaxy in my local scrapper, looks like an early Ghia so it's probably got all the parts required.......

If it has rear air con also, (at the rear fan unit) I donââ,¬â,,¢t think it can be retrofitted due to air con pipes I read?

Does it have the switch up front for it already? (The  double switched panel) & the trim at the rear for it?

No switch for the left hand side, just a blanking plate. Where is the rear air con unit located? No idea if I have one, air con is currently out of action, but off to be fixed and regassed next week.

It does have dual zone climate though for front and rear......so that might indicate the presence of a rear AC unit?

Has it got vents in the roof above each of the rear seats? If yes you have dual AC if not you don't.

Yep I have roof vents. So guess I have rear AC!

End of topic then I'm afraid, as above the roof feed runs up the passenger D pillar so there is no room for the motor or its movement.

Not going to help you, but someone I know did fit the rear motors to a Galaxy with both manual rear windows, and said it was just a case of the centre console for the switches and the motors themselves, connectors on his were already there.
