Galaxy brakes grinding

Hi all first post here and with a problem. I have a grinding noise from the passenger brake when moving. Closer inspection shows the disc is rubbing the calliper but I dont know how or why! They were only fitted 2k miles ago and this has only just started happening. Any ideas anyone please!!!!

Just a thought. Are they the correct discs? om My supplier's web site (mr auto), there are two sizes to choose from: 288 or 300mm dia.

With the 2 disk sizes being different by 12mm the difference would be noticed straight away as the caliper would not go on if 300mm were fitted when it should be 288,also both sides would do the same.

Only time I have seen that before was when I worked at vauxhall and an Astra f did similar turned out the suspension had taken a whack and caused it to be bent which then pushed caliper over towards the disk.

Compare against other side and see if you can see something bent

Same size both sides and no issues with the drivers one. The spring clip is fitted differently to that side though, this is how the passenger one was which I have now corrected and the noise has gone but still VERY close to the calliper ;(

Although spring clip not right that wouldnââ,¬â,,¢t cause then arrier to rub on the disk as the carrier is a fixed item.

At the bottom of the wheel the lower ball joint has a shield, I fitted a new one and found it fouled the disc, so I had to manipulate it (hammer) out of the way.
