Heated screen compatibility

Hello all. I need to change the windscreen in my sharan SE TDI 4motion. I'm having a professional windscreen fitter to take out the heated screen from my spares galaxy and fit it into my sharan (non heated) I'm hoping that someone can give me an idea where the wiring for the heated screen is situated (top, bottom or either side) so he can be extra careful when removing it. I would really like to have a working heated screen in my sharan. Also, does anyone know if the wiring for the heated screens is in all of the models as part of the loom, or is it a separate loom just for the screen that could possibly be removed from the galaxy and installed in to the sharan. I'm grateful for any help!

I would have thought that the pro would know about the wiring...

FWIW, on all the other ones I have seen the screen wiring is split into two sides, with the cable connectors being at the bottom of the screen.  They pull huge amounts of juice, so even the base loom wiring may not be there on models that are built without the heated screen.  The specific screen wiring certainly won't be.

I have found it and I'm in the process of removing the factory wiring. Its going to be difficult but achievable.
