2.6 petrol parts I can use on 1.9 diesal

hi, the 2.6 I was asking a electric question on has been donated to me, first out is the leather seats, (i hope you'll say no problem swap) the front seats are heated seats, is it possible to wire those in, rear electric windows I believe, again is it possible, will I find myself changing the dash, pretty sure he has controls on steering wheel.. ha ha ha am I jumping ahead of myself again.

Which set of rear windows? The ones in the rear doors or the pop-out ones in the boot?

Someone else i knew that had a MK2 managed to transplant the electric pop-out ones without too much of a problem - I think he may have said the loom was already there and needed plugging in though.

Rear seats should be no problem obviously as you can remove them anyway, front seats swappable but not sure on the wiring question, though if you have the whole car it might be worth tracing them back to see whats connected and what you've already got. It may be a case of the fusebox being different, hard to say and may depend on the spec of both vehicles.
