pinhole in hose

I have started to lose a lot of coolant but eventually found a small pinhole in a hose to the rear of the engine that I can see from the top of the engine.  Unfortunately, I am unable to get to the hose connections so how would a garage change that hose?

Either from underneath if possible or by removing other parts to gain access.

Thanks, looks like I will have to take it to the Ford dealer!
