I have to replace my engine in the sharan (81kw afn) and i already got a parts car that has a 66kw engine but i was wondering if i would use the 81kw turbo and injectors with the ecu, if it would be safe for the 66kw block?

If the older engines are like the PD's then yes can swap the injectors and turbo,ecu as it's them that increase the output.
