Hi,

First post so bear with me !

I have a 2012 (62) plate Galaxy, its the 2.0L Td (the citroen/ford engine?)

Ive had it nearly a year now, and Its slowly developing a fault where reverse it hard to select when the engine is running.

With the engine is off, it seems to find reverse easier....

any help would be appreciated

Many thanks

Initially I would bleed the clutch as things point to a clutch issue if it selects better when engine off. Unless the gearbox in that has a reverse synchro like some of the ST cars like focus?
If bleeding clutch does not help might be worth changing gearbox oil and checking gear cable adjustment?
