Retrofit parcel shelf to 2004 VW Sharan 1.9TDi

Tried to purchase fittings for parcel shelf from VW main dealers, but they say now obsolete and no longer available.
I need following items,
Retention brackets, VW pt nos.7M3 868795 & 7M3868796
Front support plastic trim supports 7M3868775 & 7M3868776
Rear plastic support trim 7M0 868777 & 7M0 868778a.
Plastic parts preferably in dark grey.
The actual parcel shelves available on e bay, but have yet to find the fittings.
Anyone know of alternative supplier, new or used.

If they're obsolete from VW then I wouldn't hold out much hope of Ford or SEAT having any remaining stock either but it could be worth a shout- just in case, some of the equivalent Ford part numbers are outlined here if you've not seen them already, and the (Ford) trim part numbers are listed here, no idea if they're still available though and I wouldn't take the quoted part numbers in that diagram as 100% gospel.

No worries, sorry, just amended my previous post to add in a link to the Ford parts diagram for the load cover which will have Ford's part numbers for all of the trims etc, don't take the quoted part numbers as gospel though and I've no idea if it's still available from Ford.

Thanks for info joka, visited website, parts(brackets and plastics) ordered.
Prices are reasonable, postage to UK a little high. They seem to have a large range of parts.

In that case your local VW dealer was either fobbing you off or just being lazy by saying that they were no longer available! As the parts usually come from the manufacturer's own warehouses, if it's obsolete here then it should be obsolete everywhere!

Delivery not looking good. After placing order and receiving confirmation of order, message from them that my chassis number had not been regognised, and they would not ship colour coded parts without it.
After failing to contact via website and telephone.sent e mail with chassis number .(3times).
Answer back today looks like some or all items I ordered are"no longer delivered"
Now trying to cancel order and get refund.
Mirez . I will contact you when I finally find out what's happening.

I tried to order these as well from VW and Ford. Plastics still available but on back order. Metal brackets obsolete from both. Heading for the scrapyard for the brackets and maybe back ordering the plastics depending on colour available from scrapyard.

The German company only had one bracket in stock , no more available.
The plastics I ordered they only had 3 of the 4 in colour I ordered,they ere showing stock of all 4 in on other colour, trying to get order changed.

You need to hover with the mouse over the 'Private Messaging' option at the top of the screen underneath the 'Ford & VW MPV' banner, then click on the 'send a message' sub option, putting Mirez in as the recipient.

Just had delivery of plastic supports from above company.
They still have some limited stock of some colours, sadly not the dark grey I wanted, so have accepted a lighter grey.
They only had one bracket left in stock, not much use.
They charge about 15 euros for delivery, so puts the price up a bit.

Now I have all the parts to fit parcel shelf, the gearbox is suddenly really noisy, and cannot get 5th gear.
In dispute with the company I bought it from, so not worth fitting shelf yet, Until fault sorted, or car has to go.

Sorry to hear about the gearbox - if you do get left with a load of useless shelf fitting parts I would be interested in them.
