is there an easy way to remove the Egr for cleaning i have  failed to remove it after a number of attempts i can't get nothing on the EGR  Pipe allen key nuts which is a right pain someone must have an easier way .

They are a bit of a pain to get on,I found it easier to whip off the hose and remove fuel filter from housing. I could then get long end of 6mm Allen key on then and used a combination spanner on short end for leverage, once cracked you can get fingers on them.

I find it handy to use a stubby alen wrench.
I have something like this:
http://www.crawfordtool.com/Bondhus_16599.html
and it does the job - especially for the EGR.

i bought a set of them or ones like it from the motor factors but when i put pressure on them they bent forward may  then ones are better
