When going to look at a potential purchase can anything useful be learned about the galaxy if using a bluetooth OBDII reader and torque on android?

chris,i know for a fact it was me who caused the fault,i stupidly unplugged the passenger airbag switch whilst the battery was still connected.then plugged it back in.hence the fault. :-[

I got one but it not worth the money it said I had no errors but usb odb picked them all up

I already had the Bluetooth thingy. Didn't have time to get a usb VCDS lead before going to look at Galaxy hence the question. Couldn't find the Diagnostic socket anyway so Neither would have been much use.

Diag socket up by right leg when sat in seat just by fuse box,you will see it if look down there.

I did find it exactly where you describe - and the bluetooth reader gets live info like revs temp etc - but says no faults stored which could well be true.Or not!
Any recommendations as to which cheap VCDS lead to buy from Ebay? I've got one that's at least 10 yrs old somewhere but that was xp and never worked.
Ideally needs windows 10 compatibility Although I do have an XP laptop for setting up my drone.

IÃ,´m using a bluetooth interface with torque but only to read data from the ecu.
The torque software can not read most of the errors from the ecu or reset the errors.
To do that i use VCDS.
