what bulb?

I need to replace a bulb in my 2012 Zetec front foglamp, the owners manual says it is HB4 but Powerbulbs say it is H8. Can anyone tell me which one it is to save me from taking the lamp out just to see which it is? Thanks.

Parts diagram suggests both types of bulb have been used in the Mk3 Galaxy fog lamps depending on build date, if that parts diagram is to be believed the post March 2010 models have H8 bulbs.
