anti roll bar bush

To address a clonking noise when driving on slightly rough roads I replaced an anti roll bar drop link on the front LHS on my mk 3 galaxy.  An 08 registration.  It reduced the noise considerably but over the following few weeks it's returning.  The drop link is tight, so not that.  Therefore I suspect either the wishbone bushes or the D bush where the anti roll bar is bolted to the sub frame.  I strongly suspect the D bushes will be the easiest job but couldn't find any "how to" info on this on the website.  The main challenge with these is just getting at them I think.
Any ideas on either the diagnosis or finding a how to section?
Thanks very much.  Richard.  - aka bluetractorman.
