Hey guys is there a guide or does anyone know how to change the fuel filter?

Thanks

IIRC Its in the tank on the MK3 Galaxy and 'fitted for life' with no interval. Changing it will involve removing the fuel pump from the tank as its attached to that.

Thanks for that, I might be wrong but I think it's on the right hand side of the engine, near the fuel rail.

I'm changing this as I've got a p228c code come up, and it says low fuel pressure, so I starting to tackle the cheapest first then work my way up.

I get that code when I hit around 2k-3k rpm and it goes into limp mode, but when I turn my car off and on, it goes back to normal till I hit that rpm range again, any clues?

Just in case anyone else runs in the same prob, what done it for me was to change the fuel filter and it done the job, no more limp mode and loss of power

well done, dont suppose you managed to take any pics of this job by chance?or could you do a write up of the process?
as you have found info on this job is rather thin on the ground,
ta muchly in advance.

there is a really good video on u tube by wheels and motors with a full run-through on doing it it seems its on the left of the engine (e.g drivers side ) in the fuel rail
