High guys and girls ive notice that the engine coolant temp reading on vcds is diffrent to the ones on the aux heater is this normal?  I seam to be getting about 10 to 15 c diffrence dose this seam correct?

Yeah normal, the engine temp sensor is right in the middle of the engine where the temperature will be near one of the highest where in contrast the aux heater reads its temp after the inefficient and uninsulated pipe run under the car.
