Has anyone else had problems with the overhead storage bin not staying closed? I find it really hard to close and then it often reopens when driving  ???

I had the same problem, took the cover off the plunger and pushed the button back out I only use the front 2 the rear ones never been used until my son played with them and they stayed open, you can buy the plunger from Fords, apparently they distort over time

As Roger said, its the foam on the back of the button that distorts but you can reform it as a temporary fix or replace it. There is a TSB on the problem - attached
