Are MK1/MK2 Galaxy Wing Mirrors the same size

The wing last night blew all three wheelie bins over at my new house, and one of the bins (or the brick on top of it) broke the hinge mechanism and glass on the passenger wing mirror as well as denting the door and scraping the paint on the front wing.

does anybody know if the MK1/MK2 wing mirrors are the same size.  I seem to recall reading somewhere that they are slightly bigger on the MK2 when someone was discussing wind noise.  The rest of the mirror all seems intact (as does the wiring) so I should be able to swap the body coloured shell on a second hand one.

They are virtually identicle and AFAIK only the coloured body bit (the shell) differs as they tried to address wind noise. Its interchangable though so you can swap yours over although I doubt you would notice the difference.
