If it's only after the alarm fitting then that tells me the car is fine, something either wired incorrectly or the alarm box is faulty. Need to re trace your steps with the alarm.

Now is not always flashing but it had another problem which is as following: it locks the door when I press the unlock botton! and stop bipping! but it unlocks the ddor when I press the lock button and start bipping !!!

also it doesn't bip when i open the door!

Have you rechecked the wiring to make sure connected correctly? If it is then your alarm box is kaput I would say.
