Instrument cluster lighting

Did I see something on here recently about being able to change the default lighting of the non-converse cluster with the light switch off?

e.g. it could be all off, all on, just the needles, needles plus gauges, etc.

I've searched and can't find it again.  Might have been a link from a link.
