Not long now as someone else pointered out

Bridge that sensor out and get it up and running before cold weather arrives.

Mine is ok,or it was last time it fired up

Been thinking about the swich option, why not put a switch in , bridging the terminals at rear of wiring plug, leaving the sensor in place?
That way should be able to fire it up when you want if not cold enough for sensor to do it(summer, switch in on position, bypassing sensor). But have switch in off position (winter) and sensor can do its thing

I have a switch in mine, when I got it there was a weird fm modulator set up for the DVD changer so sound would come through speakers. I did away with all that and was left with the switch in dash so put it to good use and bypassed the sensor.

Mine will work....... when I actually get around to fitting it......!  :P
