Hello there ref my 1998 mk1 galaxy ghia x td 90hp
I have found of late that the fuse f 28 which is the second horizontal fuse(from lhs)under the main row of fuses behind the clear cover will blow (no fuse f27 fitted)
randomly which is annoying as this has the windscreen wipers and Abs,
air con and cooling fan overrun on it  .
any one had this problem ?thinking that the weather has been unseasonably hot of late (well it is summer )I am thinking towards a fault on either the air con or the cooling fan overrun unit
any suggestions will be gratefully received

regards  David Green

Can you pinpoint when it blows, does it blow soon after replacing it?

As it runs a few systems you need to try and isolate things to pinpoint which one is at fault. With engine off can fan be spun by hand freely?
