Rear bumper on my 2012 Mk3 gets really muddy/dirty far too easily :(

Has anyone fitted mudflaps and seen an improvement?

Even better do you have and pictures of them fitted?

I fitted them on Mk3 our when new, back end still got covered.
Can only assume it would be worse without them.

Paid extra Ã,£2.00 for next day delivery, and they did.

Very easy to fit (taking wheels off/on was biggest hassle  ;) ) and impressed with how 'oem' they look.

Tools used:

- Mondeo 2012 wheel jack placed as per Galaxy handbook page 253
- 8mm socket
- 25 Torx
- Small hammer with nail remover used for front plastic fasteners and to knock on rear flap tangs
- Drill (although you could use a sharp/small screwdriver)
- Stiff brush to clean wheel arch

I'll post pics once I've given her a good clean later in the week  :P
