Hi,
I am looking to see if there are any tips or warnings surrounding replacing the Catalytic converter and exhaust on my 2.0 petrol Galaxy.

I will be replacing the entire system due to condition of the cat, the flexi and the middle box.  I expect that the manifold should be bolt off / bolt on, and the usual rubber hangers for the exhaust with paste to ensure a full seal on the relevant joints, but is there anything that I should be aware of?

Is there space to drop out the manifold/Cat/flexi as it is all one unit?

I will try to take some pictures when I tackle the job for posting.  (probably not for a week or so yet)
