The front wheel bearings on the Mk3 Galaxy/ S-Max look like they are supplied as a complete unit with the hub, according to the parts diagram. That parts diagram isn't particularly clear as to how the bearing is retained in the knuckle but it looks like it's pressed in instead of being a bolt on assembly. That being the case I would recommend removing the knuckle complete and getting a garage or machine shop with a bench press to press the old hub unit out and the new one in for you. It may be possible to drift it out and fit a replacement using a good fitting drift and a big hammer but the chance of damaging the new bearing is much higher, so it isn't a method I'd recommend personally.
Always learning..... Often by mistakes!
