New to this forum, hello :)

Had a Mk2 , sold it as it was rusting away :( Bought a Focus to curb the bills, missed the Galaxy so much I just got a lovely Mk3 :) Life is too short not to have a Galaxy in it!

One of the bins on my overhead storage has a sticky closing latch - the big round button is 'stuck down'.

It still closes and stays closed but is not quite right, can anyone give me any tips on getting it 100% please?

might be worth a go with using some silicone spray and a cooton bud to remove the crud??

This happened to one of mine, I found the problem was in the latch itself there is a sponge o ring that had folded in on itself, I removed it folded it back over and al is well. I believe it was just two torx screws on the sides of the bin and then it popped open. Hope this helps

Paul.

Thanks Paul, will give that a go :)
