Hi just wondered if anybody could help me out. I done service today on my 06 REG 2.0 tdci  Galaxy. And I noticed oil on the intercooler there was was oil all in the intercooler fins  on the driver-side . So I cleaned it all off went for a drive came back and had another look and I could see oil seeping from under the hose clip where it joins the intercooler. The little tray underneath the intercooler was absolutely full of oil the car has done 140,000 miles should it be leaking this much oil  and where would it be coming from ?.  I could not believe how much Was on the try in the honeycomb section underneath the intercooler any help would be great  :)

Hi TONY, Did you happen to remove the oil cooler pipe if so you may need to check if the top and bottom hose clips are tight and also make sure the top hose hasn't slipped down a few mils as this would leak oil down on the undercover tray.

Open your saved picture into the paint program select resize, click the pixel button and change the pixels settings to 800X800 save and close then upload the saved photo job done.
