Flickering indicator and brake light

Hi chaps and chapesses. I have a problem which isn't causing any issue, just annoying. The car starts fine but the green automatic 'depress brake' light is on but dim and flickering. It works normally in other respects ie turns off when I press the brake but it just flickers which is annoying. I have also noticed the left direction indicator light is doing the same thing yet the right one is fine. am i looking at a cluster fault or something else/?
