hi new to this but for the life of me I can not find the code reader port on my 1998 2.0i galaxy. is this some big secret as I have hunted hi and lo on internet for information on the location but I am still none the wiser!
please can anyone put me out of my misery and explain where it is?

Mark 1 the obd2 port is under ashtray in centre console.
Mark 2 it's just above where your right leg will be near bonnet pull
