'02 TDI Galaxy rough running / power loss problem

hi my ford galaxy 02 looses power and jerks a lot when I accelerate anyone know what the problem is would it b the air flow sensor

Could be a number of things from the not uncommon dodgy contacts on the injector wiring loom to boost issues (assuming you've got a variable geometry turbo fitted), to a dodgy MAF sensor etc....... you need to see if any fault codes have been stored as a first step.
