afternoon all! been a while since my last post but anyhow. Insurance companies. any one got some suggestions?
for the last 5 Month i've just had it on my works policy which is all good especially when it cost nothing!! (just don't crash as its a Ã,£1000 excess :()   Anyway my old beat up focus is due for insurance renewal. only Ã,£280 last year to renew, Wanted to swop on the galaxy this year but as i was paying by monthly  option they wanted a stupid amount more to swop so hence on the works one she whent,
Just got a few on line quote now ....... Ã,£430- 700  :o i do only have 3 years no claims ( as i found out the hard way if you have ant type of trading policy they will not turn them into privet insurance no clames, so consequently 3 year ago when i finished with my trade policy, after never ever having a accident an driving for + 19 years i was educed to 0 NCD , Any advice for getting a cheaper quote would be most helpful!!

Ring them up.  A person will make a decision that a computer can't.

FWIW, my 58 TDCI Mondeo estate, fully (including glass, legal fees and hire car) comp, in not the best area of the UK, was insurable for just under Ã,£200.  (I do have more NCD) I eventually went with one that was ~Ã,£40 more, for the extras.  It was about Ã,£30 cheaper than my existing policy - and with the same company.  LV.
