evening fellas, had a puncture today so swapped wheel space. all good yee ha BUT then came to winch the old one back up and click click click :( so tried to remove the box tonight but both nuts are rounded off. WTF do I do with that?

Mine did that but nuts were OK (It was a few years ago now but I thought it was held on with three allen bolts, maybe even torx).

It will have split the nylon gear inside. There is a metal replacement on eBay here -> http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/191700764551?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I replaced mine with one from a MKI as these are all metal, but more exposed with the same mountings.
