central locking

hi having some issues with central locking only drivers door and the petrol cap are locking by the rmote and door lock.
Ive had on vag com just one code for rear doors witch was a short to ground.
I have just replaced rear door looms with new ones from seat everything is working okay but problem still persist can anybody advise likewise

I would check passenger door loom for breaks in wires.

Also on rears as you have changed looms check the loom plugs on b post as there is a plug within main plug that can push back when connecting loom,had it happen to one of mine after repairs if memory serves correctly it is a black 6 pin plug at bottom.

and if thats all ok,check the gaitor in the rear hatch.
