Hi can you help me I have changed the battery on my remote key and gone through the instructions to program the remote the key led lights 5times and the door led only flashes 5times and the remote still does not work

have you changed both batteries? I thought there was only one and mine didn't work until i had changed both

Hi the lights on the remote light up the remote worked once then stopped working
